Tourist Visa ( "L" Visa)

Please collect, prepare and send the following documents:

1)   Passport: you must have and send us a valid passport with at least six months of validity left and one blank visa page (blank endorsement pages in your passport are not acceptable).

2)  Photo: one passport style photo is required for each application

4)  Customer Order Form: complete this form in block letters Download here ( in Acrobat Format | in Word Format )

5)   Processing Fees:  Personal check, company check, cashier's check, money order and credit card are accepted. Please make check or money order payable to TIMELY VISA, INC. 

*   If you submit multiple applications, please add $5 shipping fee for each additional passport.
*  Normally you are permitted to stay for up to 30 days after you enter China . However, we can also get you 60-day visa per your request. 

6)  Have all the above items securely shipped to (use Fedex, UPS, USPS Express Mail) :
