Multiple Business Visa ( Multiple "F" Visa )

Please collect, prepare and send the following documents:

1)   Passport: You must have and send us a valid passport with at least twelve months of validity left and one blank visa page (blank endorsement pages in your passport are not acceptable).

2)   1 Passport Photo : One passport style photo is required for each application

3)   Visa Application Form : please complete every item on the visa application form and sign it. Download the form here Visa Application Form ( in Acrobat Format | in Word Format ) . If you have trouble filling out the visa form, please click here for a complete and step-by-step walk through.

4)   Supporting documents : Photocopy of the previous Chinese visas, if the applicant has two or more Chinese F visas, or at least one multiple-entry F visa; or Original and one photocopy of Certificate of Investment, Business License, or Business Contract, if the applicant has investment, branch office, or business contract to carry out in China

5)   Customer Order Form: complete this form in block letters Download here ( in Acrobat Format | in Word Format )

6)   Processing Fees: Personal check, company, cashier's check, money order and credit card are accepted. Please make check or money order payable to TIMELY VISA, INC. 

*   If you submit multiple applications, please add $5 shipping fee for each additional passport.
*   Normally you are permitted to stay for 30 days in China for each entry. If you need to stay longer, you may apply to the local public security bureau in China for visa extension.
