Business Visa ( "F" Visa)

Please collect, prepare and send the following documents:

1)   Passport: you must have and send us a valid passport with at least six months of validity left and one blank visa page    (blank endorsement pages in your passport are not acceptable).

2)   Photo : one passport style color photo is required for each application

3)   Visa Application Form : please complete every item on the visa application form and sign it. Download the form here Visa Application Form ( in Acrobat Format | in Word Format ) . If you have trouble filling out the visa form, please click here for a complete and step-by-step walk through.

4)   Invitation Letter : either an invitation letter from a Chinese company / organization in China, or a  letter ( see sample letter  here ) from your company / organization or the company / organization that sponsors your trip to China, and have it addressed to Chinese Consulate General, explaining the purpose of the trip, starting date, length of stay, guaranteeing financial support for your China trip. 

5)   Customer Order Form: complete this form in block letters Download here ( in Acrobat Format | in Word Format )

6)   Processing Fees: Personal check, company check, cashier's check, money order and credit card are accepted. Please make check or money order payable to TIMELY VISA, INC. 

*   If you submit multiple applications, please add $5 shipping fee for each additional passport.
*  Normally you are permitted to stay for 30 days after you enter China . However, we can also get you 60-day visa per your request.

7)  Have all the above items securely shipped to (use Fedex, UPS, USPS Express Mail) :
